If you are not 100% satisfied with Moby Tablet, you can obtain a complete refund less shipping for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned Moby Tablet must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the tablet.
For tablets purchased after 3/13/16: These tablets were purchased in the final clearance sale, and returns will not be accepted unless a tablet does not work when you first receive it.
We highly recommend that you charge, turn on, and test each tablet within 7 days of receiving it. Otherwise, you will not be able to request a refund for a tablet that didn’t work upon arrival.
