With MobyMax, sharing students is a breeze, making collaboration between teachers more seamless and efficient! Administrators have access to the ability to share students with multiple other teachers, which simplifies the process of managing student accounts. 

When a student account is shared, it will automatically appear in the MobyMax roster of all the teachers the student is shared with, eliminating the need to manually enter the student's information multiple times. This not only saves time but also ensures that all teachers have access to the student's progress and performance data. 


School Administrators can share students by:
  1. Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
  2. Select the "Students" link under the "Admin Tools" header. 
    • Note: You may first need to select the arrow to the right of the "MobyMax Central for Teachers" link at the top of the page and select the "School Admins" option.
  3. Click the "Share students" link at the top of the page.
  4. Check the box next to the name(s) of the student(s) you would like to share in the left column.
  5. Select the teacher(s) with whom you would like to share the student(s) in the right column.
  6. Click the "Share Students” button.

District Administrators can share students by:
  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Select the "Students" button.
  3. Click the "Share students" link at the top of the page.
  4. Check the box next to the name(s) of the student(s) you would like to share in the left column.
  5. Select the teacher(s) with whom you would like to share the student(s) in the right column.
  6. Click the "Share Students” button.


Note: Sharing students will not remove them from any teacher's roster. You can transfer students 
instead if you want to remove the student from one teacher and list them with another.

  3. Click on the “Students” button.
  4. Select the "Share students" link at the top of the page.
  5. Check the box next to the name(s) of the student(s) you would like to share in the left column.
  6. Select the teacher(s) with whom you would like to share the student(s) in the right column.
  7. Click the "Share Students” button.


District Administrators can share students by:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Select the "Students" button.
  3. Click the "Share students" link at the top of the page.
  4. Check the box next to the name(s) of the student(s) you would like to share in the left column.
