On the student dashboard, there is a button with sunglasses and a mustache called "Moby Friends". This feature allows students to customize which cartoon friends they want to see in MobyMax and even create their own. The Moby Friend will follow the student through their lessons and appear on various different screens in MobyMax.
Similar to the "Games" module, students will need to complete lessons and answer questions correctly to earn time to spend in "Moby Friends". Teachers cannot adjust any settings within this module as it is solely for student customization. However, if you wish to restrict access to this feature, you can hide it using the steps below.
To hide Moby Friends for your students:
- Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
- Select the "Settings" link on your Quick Access menu.
- Click the "Hide Modules" link at the top of the page.
- Place a checkmark in the box next to the "Moby Friends selection" option under the "Student Customization" header.
Moby Friends will now be hidden from all students.
