MobyMax’s Games module is designed to reward learning while ensuring academics remain the priority. If your students have earned game time but cannot access the games, there are a few key things to check:
1. 30-Minute Learning Requirement
Before accessing the Games module for the first time, students must complete 30 minutes of active work answering problems in their lessons.
This is a one-time time lock designed to ensure students focus on learning before accessing gameplay.
Once this requirement is met, games will remain unlocked for the rest of the year (unless manually hidden).
2. Games Module License
The Games module is a licensed feature in MobyMax.
If your school or district does not have a license, students will not be able to access the games—even after meeting the 30-minute requirement.
If you believe your school should have access but the module remains unavailable, please contact your school administrator or MobyMax Support.
3. Games Module May Be Hidden
Teachers have the option to hide the Games module from student dashboards.
If hidden, students will not see or be able to access games—even if they’ve met the requirements
