Resending invitations to the Parent Portal ensures parents have another opportunity to access their child’s academic progress and stay actively involved. Whether the original invitation was overlooked or lost, resending the invite helps maintain strong home-school communication and supports student success.


How to Resend a Parent Portal Invitation

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.

  2. Click the Manage tab at the top of the page.

  3. Select the Parent Roster button.

  4. Click the box to the left of the parent(s) you wish to resend the invitation to.

  5. Select the "Resend Invite Email" button.


What Happens Next?

The parent will receive a new registration email at the address provided. Once completed, they’ll be able to access the Parent Portal and begin tracking their child’s progress in real time.
