Resending parent invitations helps strengthen the connection between home and school, which supports student success and fosters a collaborative learning environment. Parents may occasionally miss or overlook the initial invitation, so resending it ensures they receive a new chance to access the Parent Portal and stay engaged with their child's educational progress. This quick and easy process allows teachers to efficiently reach parents who missed the original email.

To resend a Parent Portal invitation:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click on the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the "Parent Roster" button.
  4. Click on the "Incomplete Registrations" tab at the top of the page.
  5. Select the empty box to the left a parent's name.
  6. Click on the "Send Registration Email" button.


The registration email will now be resent to the parent at the email listed.
