If your students select the correct answer but see the "Sorry, wrong answer" screen appear when they submit, this is most likely an issue with their browser cache. As students visit web pages, most browsers save copies of the pages in a temporary location called the cache, which helps computers load that page more quickly on subsequent visits. If this is the case, your students are probably receiving credit for their correct answers but receiving that message in error.

We suggest clearing the cache occasionally to prevent this from happening. You can find instructions on how to clear your browser cache here.

If you clear the cache and continue to experience this issue, we recommend supervising a student as he or she answers a couple of questions. If you are certain the student submitted the correct answer and is marked incorrectly, please submit a Help Ticket here and include the name of the student in your email.
