The MobyMax Daily Challenge is a motivating tool that engages students in various subject areas. Students will be presented with new challenges in Math, Science, Social Studies, Language, Paired Reading Stories, or Reading Skills. The challenges are randomly generated and include a specific number of problems to solve. Once the student completes the required number of problems, they earn a random amount of bonus game time or a badge. The Daily Challenge feature keeps students engaged and excited about learning by challenging them to push their limits every day.

Teachers have the option to hide only some, or all subject-specific Daily Challenges from students.

To edit the Daily Challenge settings:
  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Select the "Tools" tab.
  3. Click the "Settings" button.
  4. Click on the “Hide Modules” link at the top of the page.
  5. Under the "Daily Challenge" header, check the boxes for the specific subject(s) to hide the Daily Challenge for.

Your updates will be saved automatically. Unchecked boxes indicate that a subject module is visible and available for students to access.

Note: The problem counter on the Daily Challenge screen updates only after a student completes a skill. Passing a skill is not necessary to earn points for the challenge.
