To monitor progress in Paired Reading Stories, teachers have access to both class-wide and individual student data. The reporting functions just a bit differently from other MobyMax modules because the comprehension skills are embedded in each story. Rather than working through individual skills, students will work through a grade range of standard-aligned stories and be tested with comprehension questions at the end of each story. As students progress through these grade ranges, teachers can monitor their performance throughout the entire process.

The Paired Reading Stories progress monitoring screen for your entire class includes columns for student names, grade ranges, and standards. Each number in the standard columns corresponds to a specific standard that your school is aligned with, but the number of standards can vary based on the student's reading grade range as not every range has the same number of standards.
If a student has finished a skill in Paired Reading Stories, you will notice checkmarks and/or Xs in the columns for the corresponding standards. A checkmark indicates that the student has successfully passed the standard, while an X indicates that they have not. The marks are based on the last three questions the student answered related to that particular standard. By hovering over the checkmark or X, you can view the specific standard that the student has either passed or not passed.
