MobyMax’s Interactive Lessons tool allows teachers to engage students through real-time participation. Whether you're using MobyMax curriculum or creating your own custom problems, Interactive Lessons are ideal for whole-class instruction, exit tickets, or quick assessments. Teachers receive immediate feedback to guide instructional decisions while students enjoy an interactive learning experience.

Note: Interactive Lessons do not update student progress in subject modules.


To create an Interactive Lessons session using MobyMax curriculum:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click the "Curriculum" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the subject area (e.g., Math, Language).
  4. Click the "Assign" tab.
  5. Choose "Teach Class Lesson" from the left-hand menu.
  6. Click "Create New Session."
  7. Choose a group or leave it set to "All students".
  8. Name the session and click "Next."
  9. Click the session name to begin adding problems.
  10. Click "Add New Problem."
  11. Choose "Select problem from MobyMax curriculum."
  12. Select the subject, grade, lesson, and skill.
  13. Click "Add", then "Save."



To create an Interactive Lessons session using custom problems:

  1. Follow steps 1–9 above.
  2. Click "Add New Problem".
  3. Select "Create new problem", then click "Next."
  4. Type in your problem text and add an image if desired.
  5. Choose a format: "Multiple Choice" or "Fill in the Blank."
  6. Enter answer choices and indicate the correct answer.
  7. Repeat steps to add more problems as needed.
  8. Click "Save" to finish.
