MobyMax’s Interactive Lessons tool allows teachers to engage students through real-time participation. Whether you're using MobyMax curriculum or creating your own custom problems, Interactive Lessons are ideal for whole-class instruction, exit tickets, or quick assessments. Teachers receive immediate feedback to guide instructional decisions while students enjoy an interactive learning experience.
Note: Interactive Lessons do not update student progress in subject modules.
To create an Interactive Lessons session using MobyMax curriculum:
- Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
- Click the "Curriculum" tab at the top of the page.
- Select the subject area (e.g., Math, Language).
- Click the "Assign" tab.
- Choose "Teach Class Lesson" from the left-hand menu.
- Click "Create New Session."
- Choose a group or leave it set to "All students".
- Name the session and click "Next."
- Click the session name to begin adding problems.
- Click "Add New Problem."
- Choose "Select problem from MobyMax curriculum."
- Select the subject, grade, lesson, and skill.
- Click "Add", then "Save."
To create an Interactive Lessons session using custom problems:
- Follow steps 1–9 above.
- Click "Add New Problem".
- Select "Create new problem", then click "Next."
- Type in your problem text and add an image if desired.
- Choose a format: "Multiple Choice" or "Fill in the Blank."
- Enter answer choices and indicate the correct answer.
- Repeat steps to add more problems as needed.
- Click "Save" to finish.
