MobyMax makes it easy for teachers to access archived data, including completed skills, placement test results, and subject progress from previous school years. Whether you're comparing growth year over year or reviewing past performance, archived data is just a few clicks away.

Use the steps below to locate student performance and usage data from a prior school year.


To View Archived Progress Monitoring Data:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click the Curriculum tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the subject area button (e.g., Mathematics, Language).
  4. Click the Scores tab.
  5. In the left sidebar, select Progress Monitoring.
  6. Click the Date Range box at the top.
  7. Select Prior school year, then click Apply.


Your progress monitoring reports will now display archived data from the selected year.


To View Archived Completed Skill Data:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click the Curriculum tab.
  3. Choose your subject area (e.g., Mathematics).
  4. Click the Scores tab.
  5. In the left sidebar, select Practice Skills.
  6. Click the Date Range box.
  7. Choose Prior school year, then click Apply.
  8. Check the top box in the Student column to select all students.
  9. Click Print, then choose Print report of all scores for selected students.


Archived skill data will now be included in your report.


To View Archived Student Usage Data:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click the Tools tab at the top.
  3. Select the Student Summary button.
  4. Click the Student Usage tab.
  5. Click the Date Range box.
  6. In the left panel, select Prior school year, then click Apply.


You’ll now see usage time for each student from the previous school year. To narrow results, use the Module filter to view time spent by subject.


Important:

After reviewing archived data, don’t forget to return the date range filter to the current school year to accurately track ongoing student progress.

How Do I Access Archived Data from a Prior Year?



Teachers using MobyMax can access archived data for their students, which includes their completed skills from the previous year, progress data, and placement test results. This archived data is easily accessible, providing you with quick and convenient access to this valuable information. Outlined below are the precise steps you can follow in your teacher account to access the archived data of your students, which includes their completed skills and subject progress.

To view archived student progress data:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Select the subject area link on the left sidebar under the "Subjects" header.
  3. Click the subject button (i.e. Mathematics, Language, etc...).
  4. Select the "Progress" tab at the top of the page.
  5. Click on a student's name.
  6. Select the "History" sub-tab.
  7. Use the box for "School year" to select a prior school year that you want to view historic data from.


To view archived completed skill data:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Select the subject area link on the left sidebar under the "Subjects" header.
  3. Click the subject button (i.e. Mathematics, Language, etc...).
  4. Select the "Lessons" tab at the top of the page.
  5. Click on a student's name.
  6. Select the "Prior Year" radio button at the bottom of the screen while on the "Completed" sub-tab.


To view archived student time data:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Select the "Time Summary" link on the left navigation menu under the "Data" header.
  3. Click on the "Day Tally" tab at the top of the page.
  4. Adjust the dates next to "From" and "To" for the prior year.

The time data will now populate for each student using the dates that you have selected. Teachers can click on the printer icon located in the upper right corner of the screen to print out the time report.

Note: In case the "Prior Year" radio button is absent from the bottom of your screen when viewing a student, this indicates that the student's account lacks data from the previous academic year for the subject you are currently viewing.
