When teachers or school administrators transfer to a new school within the same district, they may need to update their registered school in MobyMax. Updating this information ensures that students can sign in using the correct school code, preventing disruptions in learning.

How to Update Your School

1. Sign in to your MobyMax account.
2. Click the stoplight icon (the 3 vertical dots) in the top right corner.
3. Select the My Account link.
4. Use the drop-down menu in the School box to select your new school within the district.

How to Find Your New School Code and Sign-In URL

1. Sign in to your MobyMax account.
2. Select the Manage tab at the top of the page.
3. Click the Student Roster button.
4. Select the How Your Students Sign In tab at the top of the page.
5. Locate your school code and unique sign-in URL listed at the top of the page.

ClassLink and Clever Teachers

If your district syncs with MobyMax via ClassLink or Clever, you will not be able to change the school you are registered to in MobyMax using the steps above.  Any changes to school assignment for ClassLink and Clever teachers will need to be made by your administrator inside of the ClassLink or Clever platform.
