To facilitate this process, we have streamlined the steps required to make the switch, allowing users to update their accounts with their new school information in just a few minutes.

Updating the school information in their account will automatically change the school code used by their students to sign in. This ensures a smooth transition for both teachers and students, enabling them to continue using MobyMax without any interruptions or delays.

To update the school on your MobyMax account:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax account.
  2. Click the stoplight icon (the 3 vertical dots) in the top right corner.
  3. Select the "My Account" link. 
  4. Use the drop-down menu in the "School" box to select another school in your district.


To view your new school code and unique sign-in URL:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax account.
  2. Click the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click on the "How Your Students Sign In" tab.
  4. Your school code and unique URL for signing in will be listed at the top of the page.
