MobyMax's district administrators can control whether or not teachers are allowed to merge student accounts. This feature is disabled by default, but district administrators have the option to enable it from their dashboard. Once enabled, teachers can merge duplicate student accounts, streamlining student data and reducing confusion.

District administrators can enable the merge student feature for teachers in their district by:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Click on the "Settings" button from your dashboard.
  3. Under the "Rostering" header on the right, remove the checkmark next to "Merge duplicate student accounts."

The option to merge duplicate student accounts is now available for teachers.
