Administrators can move students between teachers in MobyMax in only a few steps! Transferring students will remove students from the roster of one teacher and allow you to place the student in another teacher's roster.


School Administrators can transfer students to another teacher by:
  1. Click on the “School Admin” link on the left navigation menu after signing in to your account.
  2. Select the “Students” button.
  3. Click the “Transfer/Promote students" link.
  4. If you are transferring your student(s) to another school in your district, select the school from the drop-down menu.
  5. Check the box(es) next to the student(s) you would like to transfer.
  6. Select the teacher to receive the students. 
  7. Click the “Transfer Students” button.


The students have now been transferred to the selected teacher's roster.


District Administrators can transfer students to another teacher by:
  1. Click on the "Students" button after signing in to your account.
  2. Click the "Share students" link at the top of the page.
  3. Click the “Transfer/Promote students" link.
  4. If you are transferring your student(s) to another school in your district, select the school from the drop-down menu.
  5. Check the box(es) next to the student(s) you would like to transfer.
  6. Select the teacher to receive the students. 
  7. Click the “Transfer Students” button.


The students have now been transferred to the selected teacher's roster.

School Administrators can transfer students to another teacher by:
  1. Click on the “Admin” tab at the top of the page while on Moby Central.
  2. Select the “Students” link under the "Admin Tools" header.
  3. Click the “Transfer/Promote students" link.
  4. If you are transferring your student(s) to another school in your district, select the school from the drop-down menu.
  5. Check the box(es) next to the student(s) you would like to transfer.
  6. Select the teacher to receive the students. 
  7. Click the “Transfer Students” button.


The students have now been transferred to the selected teacher's roster.
