MobyMax allows administrators to share student accounts with multiple teachers, ensuring that all assigned educators can view student progress, performance data, and assessment results. This eliminates the need to duplicate student information and streamlines collaboration between classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff.

When a student is shared, their account automatically appears in the MobyMax roster of the selected teachers.


Sharing Students as a School Administrator

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.

  2. Click Students Roster on the left navigation menu.

  3. Select Manage Roster at the top of the page.

  4. Select Share students with other teachers.

  5. In the left column, check the box next to the student(s) you want to share.

  6. In the right column, select the teacher(s) to share the student(s) with.

  7. Click Share Students to complete the process.


Sharing Students as a District Administrator

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.

  2. Click Students Roster from the left menu.

  3. Select Manage Roster at the top of the page.

  4. Select Share students with other teachers.

  5. Choose the student(s) on the left and select the teacher(s) on the right.

  6. Click Share Students to confirm.


Important Notes

  • Sharing a student does not remove them from their original teacher’s roster.

  • To move a student to a new teacher instead of sharing, use the Transfer Students option.

  • Clever or ClassLink schools: Student shares must be updated in your rostering platform for them to appear in MobyMax.
