MobyMax provides several easy-to-use tools that help teachers monitor how much time students are spending on the platform. One of the most straightforward ways to view time-on-task is through the Student Summary reports. These reports show the total minutes students have spent working in each subject and provide detailed session-by-session breakdowns.
To view time reports for an individual student:
Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
Select the Reporting tab.
Click the Student Summary button.
Click the name of a student.
You’ll now see a detailed record of the student’s time in MobyMax, organized by session. To save or print the report, click the printer icon in the upper-right corner.
To view and export usage time for all students:
Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
Select the Reporting tab.
Click the Student Summary button.
Select the Student Usage tab.
Use the Module drop-down to select a specific subject (or leave it set to "All modules with usage").
Use the Date Range drop-down to select the timeframe you want to review.
Click the printer icon at the top of the page.
Choose to Print, Download PDF, or Export CSV.
Other usage reporting tabs in the Student Summary module include:
Snapshot – View current time spent across subjects.
Day to Day – Monitor daily engagement trends.
Module Summary – Track time by subject for your entire class.
