Administrators have the option to allow teachers to register themselves, or teachers can be registered by administrators in MobyMax. If you need to register as an admin for your school or district, you can do this from our MobyMax Admin page

Once you have access to your MobyMax administrator account you can begin registering your teachers. 


School Administrators:

  1. Click on the “School Admin” link on the left navigation menu after signing in to your account.
  2. Select the “Teachers” button.
  3. Click on the “Register Teachers” link at the top of the page.
  4. Follow the prompts to enter the first name, last name, email address, and password of any teacher that you want to register. (Passwords are optional and Moby will create one if this field is left blank)
  5. Select the “Continue” button.
  6. At the bottom of the registration menu, you can assign a grade level to the teachers and also opt to send them login instructions.
  7. Click the “Register Teachers” button to complete the process.


District Administrators:

  1. Click on the "Teachers" button after signing in to your account.
  2. Select the “Register Teachers” link at the top of the page.
  3. Follow the prompts to enter the first name, last name, email address, and password of any teacher that you want to register. (Passwords are optional and Moby will create one if this field is left blank)
  4. Select the “Continue” button.
  5. At the bottom of the registration menu, you can assign a grade level to the teachers, select the school you want to assign the teachers to, and also opt to send them login instructions.
  6. Click the “Register Teachers” button to complete the process.


Teachers can also register themselves and create their own passwords. As an administrator, you will see the teacher immediately on your teacher's list.

School Administrators:

  1. Click on the “Admin” tab at the top of the page while on Moby Central.
  2. Select the “Teachers” link under the "Admin Tools" header.
  3. Click on the “Register Teachers” link at the top of the page.
  4. Follow the prompts to enter the first name, last name, email address, and password of any teacher that you want to register. (Passwords are optional and Moby will create one if this field is left blank)
  5. Select the “Continue” button.
  6. At the bottom of the registration menu, you can assign a grade level to the teachers and also opt to send them login instructions.
  7. Click the “Register Teachers” button to complete the process.


District Administrators:

Teachers can also register themselves and create their own passwords. As an administrator, you will see the teacher immediately on your teacher's list.
