MobyMax makes it simple for administrators to register teachers within their school or district.
- School administrators can register teachers for their assigned school.
- District administrators can register teachers for any school within their district.
Registering Teachers as a School Administrator
- Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
- In the left sidebar, under "Quick Access," click "School Admin."
- Click the "Teachers" button.
- Select "Register Teachers" at the top of the page.
- Enter the teacher’s first name, last name, and school email address.
- (Optional) Set a password or leave it blank to have MobyMax generate one automatically.
- Click "Continue,"then:
- Assign a grade level for the teacher.
- Choose whether to send login instructions immediately upon registration.
- Click "Register Teachers" to complete the process.
Registering Teachers as a District Administrator
- Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
- Click the "Teachers" button.
- Select "Register Teachers" at the top of the page.
- Enter the teacher’s first name, last name, and school email address.
- (Optional) Set a password or leave it blank to have MobyMax generate one automatically.
- Click "Continue,"then:
- Assign a grade level for the teacher.
- Choose whether to send login instructions immediately upon registration.
- Click "Register Teachers" to finalize the registration.
Bulk Registration Option
Want to register multiple teachers at once?
- Click "Import Teachers" at the top of the page to download the spreadsheet template.
- After filling it out, return to this menu to upload your list and quickly register all teachers in MobyMax.
