What Happens Next?
- School administrators can register teachers for their assigned school.
- District administrators can register teachers for any school within their district.
Registering Teachers as a School Administrator
- Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
- Click Teachers Roster in the left navigation menu.
- If you don’t see this option, click the arrow next to Moby for Teachers at the top of the page and select School Admins.
- Click Manage Roster at the top of the menu.
- Select Register Teachers.
- Enter the teacher’s first name, last name, and school email address.
- (Optional) Set a password or leave it blank to have MobyMax generate one automatically.
- Click Finish to complete the registration.
Registering Teachers as a District Administrator
- Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
- Click Teachers Roster in the left navigation menu.
- Click Manage Rosters at the top of the page.
- Select Register Teachers.
- Choose the school where the teacher will be registered.
- Click Next.
- Enter the teacher’s first name, last name, and school email address.
- (Optional) Set a password or leave it blank to have MobyMax generate one automatically.
- Click Finish to finalize the registration.
Bulk Registration Option
Want to register multiple teachers at once?
- Click Import Teachers from the Manage Roster menu in Step 3 to download the spreadsheet template.
- Fill out the template, then return to the menu to upload your list and register all teachers at once.
What Happens Next?
Once registered, teachers will receive an email with instructions on how to access their new MobyMax account.
