If you’re experiencing issues with images not appearing in MobyMax, there’s no need to install additional software. In most cases, school or district firewalls may be blocking access to image files on our platform.
The good news? This can be quickly resolved by having your IT team whitelist the necessary domains.
Have Your IT Professional Add These Domains to the Safe List:
- www.mobymax.com
- mobycentral.mobymax.com
- *.mobymax.com
- *.ably.io
- *.ably-realtime.com
- za-web.mobymax.com
- *.realtime.co
- *.clever.com (if using Clever)
- *.classlink.com (if using ClassLink)
Test That Images Are Loading Properly
Once your IT team has allowed these domains, you can test image display by visiting the following link:
http://data.mobymax.com/mm/images/problems/13/13653/ProblemImg.gif
If the image loads successfully, you're good to go! All images in MobyMax should now display correctly across the platform.
