When the placement test has been completed, the student will see a message asking if they are ready to start their lesson. 


After you click the "All K-8 Subjects" link in the left sidebar of Moby Central, click the subject area button for Math, Language, or Foundational Reading, and then click “Placement." You will see the date the test was completed and the current grade level if the student has completed the placement test, "In Progress" if the student is currently working on the test, and "Not Started" if the student has not started the test.

In Vocabulary, you will see a grade level listed under "Current Grade Level" after clicking the student's name once they have completed the placement test.

In Fact Fluency, you will see a percentage listed in at least one of the domains under "Overall Fluency Proficiency" once the student has completed the placement test.

Please note that placement tests are only available in Math, Fact Fluency, Language, Vocabulary, and Foundational Reading.

To see if the student has completed their test as a teacher, you can use these steps:

  1. After signing in to your teacher account, click the “Curriculum” tab at the top of the page.
  2. Click the subject area button for Math, Language, or Foundational Reading.
  3. Click the “Results” tab.
  4. Click “Placement Test” in the left sidebar.

You will see students listed, with the date the test was completed and the current grade level if the student has completed the placement test, "In Progress" if the student is currently working on the test, and "Not Started" if the student has not started the test.
