MobyMax offers teachers the advantage of quickly editing placement test settings for all students simultaneously. By updating these settings, teachers can customize the placement test to start their students at their registered grade level instead of taking a placement. Additionally, teachers can choose to toggle correct answer feedback on or off when students answer questions incorrectly.

To edit placement test settings for all students at once:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click on the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the "Settings" button.
  4. Click on the "Modules" link at the top of the page.
  5. Select the subject from the side panel you want to adjust placement test settings for (i.e. Mathematics, Language, or Foundational Reading).
  6. Make any adjustments to the settings under the "Initial Placement Test" section at the top.

Note: These settings will only affect students who have not yet started working on the subject, or have been recently restarted and have not yet worked on the subject.
