You can view data from a specific time period (e.g. the first quarter of the school year) by adjusting the time period on the "Session Tally" tab.


To adjust the time period:
  1. After signing in to your teacher account, click the subject category from the left sidebar.
  2. Click the subject area button (i.e. “Math, “Language,” etc.).
  3. On the "Snapshot" screen, click the "Session Tally" tab.
  4. Adjust the calendar to the desired time period.

To adjust the time period for the placement test and progress monitoring data:
  1. After signing in to your teacher account, click the subject category from the left sidebar.
  2. Click the subject area button (i.e. “Math, “Language,” etc.).
  3. Click the “Progress” or “Placement" tab.
  4. Click the "Time Period" link on the far right bottom.
  5. Select an existing time period or create a new one.

All of your reports will now show data only for this time period.

Important note: Be sure to select a current time period once you are finished so you can see the current growth of your students.

  4. The "Assignments" link should be selected by default.
  5. Click on the calendar icon near the top right.
  6. Select an existing time period or create a new one.
  7. All of your reports will now show data only for this time period.

To adjust the time period for placement test data:
  1. After signing in to your teacher account, click the “Curriculum” tab near the top of the screen.
  2. Click the subject area button (i.e. “Math, “Language,” etc.).
  3. Click the “Results” tab.
  4. Click the “Placement test” link in the left sidebar.
  5. Click the calendar icon near the top right.
  6. Select an existing time period or create a new one.
  7. All of your reports will now show data only for this time period.

To adjust the time period for monitoring data:
  1. After signing in to your teacher account, click the “Curriculum” tab near the top of the screen.
  2. Click the subject area button (i.e. “Math, “Language,” etc.).
  3. Click the “Results” tab.
  4. Click the “Progress Monitoring” link in the left sidebar.
  5. Click the calendar icon on the far right top.
  6. Select an existing time period or create a new one.
  7. All of your reports will now show data only for this time period.

Important note: Be sure to select this school year once you are finished so you can see the current growth of your students.
