MobyMax makes it easy to update your account details, including your email address, name, password, and email preferences. Keeping your information up to date ensures that you receive important notifications and updates from MobyMax.

How to Update Your Sign-In Information or Password



1. Sign in to your MobyMax account.

2. Click the stoplight icon (three vertical dots) in the upper right-hand corner.

3. Select "My Account" from the drop-down menu.

4. On the My Account screen, you can update:

  • Your name
  • Your sign-in email
  • Your password
  • Your school 
    • Note for ClassLink and Clever teachers: If changing schools in MobyMax, your school needs to be adjusted within the ClassLink or Clever platform to display correctly.
  • Your email preferences

5. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.

Password Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 characters
  • Must include at least one capital letter
  • Must contain at least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
  • Must include both letters and numbers
  • Cannot be a previously used password for your MobyMax account
