Steps to Update Your MobyMax Family Username
Sign in to your MobyMax Families account.
Click the Tools tab at the top of the page.
Select the Moby Subscription button under the "Manage" header.
In the Family Username field, type your new desired username.
Your changes will save automatically.
After Updating Your Username
Your Family URL will change to reflect your new username.
Be sure to update bookmarks or saved sign-in links with the new URL.
