MobyMax Family Usernames are unique identifiers used by parents, guardians, and children to sign in to their MobyMax Families account. You can easily update your Family Username at any time by navigating to your account settings. It's important to note that changing your Family Username will also change your MobyMax Family URL, which will affect how you and your children sign in.
To update your MobyMax Family username:
- Open the MobyMax Families sign-in page in another tab.
- Click on the “Tools” tab at the top of the page.
- Select the "Moby Subscription" button under “Manage.”
- Edit the "Family Username" field to the new username you would like to use.
Note: Changing your Family Username will also change your MobyMax Family URL, which will affect how you and your children sign in. Update any bookmarks or saved links that may be using your old URL once you've changed your Family Username.
