Managing IEPs can be a complex task, and it may take up a lot of teachers' time. MobyMax simplifies the process by allowing teachers to set up student goals that are automatically updated as they progress through a subject.
When a teacher sets an IEP goal for a student, MobyMax assigns skills not yet mastered that align with the goal. These IEP Goal skills are sequenced above any other skills that have been auto-assigned. Teachers who would like to manually assign skills outside of the IEP Goals will have the option of where to place those manually assigned skills within the sequence. Please note, the teacher setting for students to complete teacher-assigned skills before auto-assigned skills will not affect the sequence of skills assigned by IEP Goals.
The IEP Goals feature enables teachers to easily monitor and update student progress toward their IEP goals. Teachers can also share progress reports with parents and other members of the student's IEP team to keep everyone informed of the student's progress.
The IEP goal report in MobyMax will indicate when a student has successfully passed (with a score of 70% or above) all the practice sets in each skill corresponding to their IEP goal, along with the date the goal was achieved.
In order for IEP Goals to assign skills to a student, please be sure the Setting for auto-assign skills is enabled.
