MobyMax simplifies the process for teachers to distribute student login credentials and keep parents and guardians informed. Even for students who are using Young Student Sign In with MobyMax, we have options to print these with student sign-in images displayed. Teachers can easily generate printable login cards for their students containing sign-in information and instructions. In addition, teachers can also generate parent letters that provide information about MobyMax and how their students can access the platform.

To print parent letters and login cards with Young Student Sign In images:

  1. Enable Young Student Sign In within your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click on the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the “Student Roster” button.
  4. Select the "How Your Students Sign In" tab at the top of the Roster.
  5. Click on "Print parent letters" or "Print student login cards."
  6. Select only the students who use Young Student Sign In.
  7. Print out the parent letters.


To print parent letters and login cards without images:

  1. Enable Young Student Sign In within your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click on the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the “Roster” button.
  4. Choose the "How Your Students Sign In" tab at the top of the Roster.
  5. Click on "Print parent letters" or "Print student login cards."
  6. Select only the students who will log in normally.
  7. Print out the parent letters.
  8. Enable Young Student Sign In once more.
