While we are always sad to see teachers leave, we understand that there may be circumstances where canceling their MobyMax subscription is necessary. Our support team is available to assist with any queries or concerns that teachers may have regarding their subscriptions or account. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our users, and our support team is committed to helping teachers optimize their teaching experience with MobyMax.

To cancel, simply follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account. 
2. Click on the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
3. Select the "Moby Subscription" button.
4. Click the "Change or cancel subscription" link.
5. Select the "Cancel subscription" radio button, and click "OK."
6. Click "OK" on the pop-up to confirm.

Even if you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period, you will still have access to all of the features and benefits of MobyMax until the end of that period. By providing access until the end of the billing period, we aim to make the process of canceling a subscription as seamless and stress-free as possible.
