MobyMax offers flexible subscription options to accommodate your classroom needs. Teachers can pause their subscription when necessary and set a custom renewal date to ensure access when it's needed most.

How to Suspend Your Subscription

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Select the Manage tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click the Moby Subscription button.
  4. Click the Change or Cancel Subscription link.
  5. Select the Suspend Subscription radio button and click OK.
  6. Choose your preferred subscription renewal date and select OK.

Important Notes

  • Access Until the End of the Billing Period – If you suspend your subscription, you will still have access until the end of your current paid period.
  • Convenient Renewal – Your subscription will automatically renew on the date you selected, ensuring a seamless transition back into MobyMax.
  • Customization for Breaks – Ideal for summer vacation, extended leaves, or breaks, giving you full control over your subscription schedule.
