Our subscription options allow teachers to pause their subscription when necessary and only renew it when it's most convenient for them. You can set the date when you want your subscription to automatically renew and ensure that MobyMax is available exactly when you need it.
Whether you're planning an extended vacation or taking a break over the summer, Moby Subscriptions can be customized to suit your schedule. With this flexibility, you can have peace of mind knowing that you won't be charged for a subscription that you're not currently using.
To suspend your subscription, simply follow these steps:
- Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
- Select the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
- Click the "Moby Subscription" button under the "Manage" header.
- Click on the "Change or cancel subscription" link.
- Select the radio button for "Suspend subscription" and click "OK."
- Choose your preferred subscription renewal date and select "OK."
Note: If you decide to suspend your MobyMax subscription, you can still access it until the end of the current billing period. This means that you won't lose any unused time and can continue using MobyMax until the end of the period you have already paid for, regardless of when you suspended your subscription.

- Click on the "Change or cancel subscription" link.
