MobyMax makes it quick and easy for district administrators to register additional school or district admins. Once registered, administrators can immediately:
- Collaborate with other educators
- View school and district-wide reports and usage data
- Allocate student licenses and manage school settings
- Access data and generate reports from a centralized platform
Registering School Administrators
Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
Click "Schools Roster" from the left-hand navigation menu.
Click "Manage Roster" at the top of the page.
Select "Register School Administrators."
Fill in the required profile information.
Click "Register."
The new school administrator will receive an email with login instructions.
Registering Other District Administrators
Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
Click "Schools Roster" in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click "Manage Roster."
Select "Register District Directors."
Enter the required profile details.
Click "Register."
The new district administrator will receive an email with login credentials.
Important Notes
Only district administrators can register additional administrators.
Make sure each new admin is assigned to the correct school or district to ensure proper permissions.
Admins can immediately begin managing licenses, settings, and reports upon account activation.
