MobyMax makes the process of registering additional administrators quick and straightforward, taking just a few seconds to complete! As a district administrator, you can easily add new teachers and additional administrators to the system.

Once the additional administrators are registered, they can start using MobyMax right away. This means that they can collaborate with other educators, view school usage information, allocate student licensing, and access relevant data and reports, all from a single platform.

To register school administrators:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Select the "Schools Roster" link from the left navigation menu.
  3. Click on the "Manage Roster" link at the top of the page.
  4. Select the "Register school administrators" link.
  5. Fill out the profile information for the school administrator and click the "Register" button.


The newly registered school administrator will receive an email with steps on how to access their account.


To register other district administrators:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Select the "Schools Roster" link from the left navigation menu.
  3. Click on the "Manage Roster" link at the top of the page.
  4. Select the "Register district directors" link.
  5. Fill out the profile information for the district administrator and click the "Register" button.


The newly registered district administrator will receive an email with steps on how to access their account.
