MobyMax's Custom Reports provide administrators with the ability to generate detailed reports on student usage, progress, and proficiency. These reports can be exported in CSV and PDF formats, making it easy for administrators to analyze and share data.

School administrators can generate custom reports for their school or select specific teachers to generate reports for. This feature enables school administrators to track student progress and usage across the school, as well as monitor individual teacher performance.

District administrators have the most comprehensive reporting options available to them. They can generate reports for the entire district, as well as view reports on the school and teacher levels. This feature provides district administrators with a holistic view of student performance, enabling them to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

School administrators can generate Custom Reports by:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
  2. Select the "Custom Reports" link under the "Admin Reports" header. 
    • Note: You may first need to select the arrow to the right of the "MobyMax Central for Teachers" link at the top of the page and choose the "School Admins" option.
  3. Click the "Create New Report" option at the top of the page.
  4. Use the radio buttons to select the desired report level.
  5. Select the type of report, subject(s), time period, and student(s) to include in your report.


District administrators can generate Custom Reports by:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Select the "Custom Reports" link in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click the "Create New Report" option at the top of the page.
  4. Use the radio buttons to select the desired report level.
  5. Select the type of report, subject(s), time period, and student(s) to include in your report.


Note: When generating reports through the Custom Reports feature in MobyMax, it may take a few minutes to process. Reports will be displayed under the "Custom Reports" button.

You can select the "Excel/CSV" or "PDF" options under the "Download" header to download the report.
