MobyMax provides powerful progress reporting tools to help teachers monitor student growth, identify learning gaps, and provide meaningful feedback. With Custom Reports, Student Dashboards, Charts and Graphs, and Progress Monitoring reports, teachers can track student performance with ease.

How to Print Student Dashboard Reports for Multiple Students

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the "Student Dashboards" button.
  4. Click the printer icon at the top right of the subject border.
  5. Select "Print dashboard for selected students" and click "Next."
  6. Choose the students for whom you want to print dashboard reports.
  7. Click the "Print" button.

How to Print Progress Monitoring Reports

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Click the "Curriculum" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select a subject button (i.e., Mathematics, Language, etc.).
  4. Click the "Scores" tab.
  5. Select the "Progress Monitoring" link on the left sidebar.
  6. Check the box next to the students you wish to include in the report.
  7. Click the "Print" button at the top of the student name column.
  8. Choose from the following print options:
    • Print this page for selected rows – Prints the Student Progress page for the selected students.
    • Print report of standards and scores for selected students – Provides a detailed progress report with all assigned standards.
    • Print report of missing standards for selected students – Shows only the missing standards for selected students.
  9. Click "Print."

Important Notes:


Printing Limitations – Due to the number of pages generated, only 20 students can be selected per printout.

  3. Click the subject area button (i.e., Mathematics, Language, etc.).
  4. Select the printer icon located at the top right of the subject border.
  5. Click "Print dashboard for selected students" and then "Next."
  6. Choose the students you want to include in the report.
  7. Click the "Print" button.

How to Print Progress Monitoring Reports

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Select the subject area link on the left sidebar under the "Subjects" header.
  3. Click the subject area button (i.e., Mathematics, Language, etc.).
  4. Select the "Progress" tab at the top of the page.
  5. Check the box directly below the "Print" button to select all students.
  6. Click the "Print" button.
  7. Choose between:
    • "All standards and scores" – Prints a full progress report, including mastered and in-progress skills.
    • "Missing standards" – Prints only the standards the student has not yet mastered.
  8. Click the "Print" button.
