Administrators have the option to customize their email preferences and alert settings for licenses. If an administrator prefers not to receive alerts for a particular license, they can easily turn off the notifications. This helps administrators manage their workload more effectively, saving them time and reducing unnecessary distractions.

Administrators can adjust their license preferences and alerts by:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax administrator account.
  2. Click the stoplight icon (the 3 vertical dots) in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Select the "My Account" option.
  4. Under "Email Preferences," uncheck the "MobyMax license alerts" setting.
  5. Scroll down, and click "Save."
