By default, MobyMax sends license alert emails to help administrators stay informed:

  • School administrators receive notifications when licenses are purchased for their school.
  • District administrators receive notifications for license purchases across the district.

To reduce inbox clutter or delegate responsibilities, administrators can customize these notification preferences at any time.


Adjusting License Notification Settings

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax administrator account.

  2. Click the three vertical dots (stoplight icon) in the upper-right corner of your screen.

  3. Select My Account.

  4. Scroll down to the Email Preferences section.

  5. Uncheck the box labeled MobyMax License Alerts to disable notifications.

  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.


Your preferences will be updated immediately.


Notes

  • Disabling alerts will not affect your ability to view license data in your admin dashboard.

  • You can re-enable alerts at any time by returning to your email preferences.
