MobyMax makes it quick and easy for administrators to reassign student licenses to the same group of students as their previous license. This feature eliminates the need to manually allocate licenses to each student, saving time and effort.

Reassigning Licenses as a School Administrator

1. Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
2. Click "Licenses" in the left navigation menu.
   • If needed, first click the arrow next to "Moby for Teachers" at the top of the page and select "School Admins."
3. Select the radio button for the license type you wish to assign.
4. Click "Assign From Previous License."
5. Select the radio button for the previous license you want to use.
6. Choose the students from that previous license to receive the new assignment.
7. Click "Assign."
8. Click "OK" to confirm.

Reassigning Licenses as a District Administrator

1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
2. Click "Licenses" in the left navigation menu.
3. Select the radio button for the license type you wish to assign.
4. Click "Assign From Previous License."
5. Select the radio button for the previous license you want to use.
6. Choose the students from that previous license to receive the new assignment.
7. Click "Assign."
8. Click "OK" to confirm.
