MobyMax administrators can enable student license allocation for teachers by accessing the school account settings. Once enabled, teachers can assign available student licenses to students in their own MobyMax roster. Assigning licenses is easy and can be done with just a few clicks.

MobyMax's user-friendly interface allows teachers to manage licenses for multiple students efficiently, ensuring that every student has access to the subjects and features they need. This feature is especially useful for schools with limited license availability or for teachers who want to ensure that their students have access to specific subjects or features.

To allocate student licenses from your teacher account:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
  2. Select the "Tools" tab from the top of the page.
  3. Click the "Licenses" button beneath the "Manage" header.
  4. Select the radio button next to the license type you wish to assign.
  5. Click the "Assign" button.
  6. Place a checkmark in the box to the left of the student name(s) you want to allocate a license. 
  7. Click the "Assign License" button.


Note: To be able to self-allocate student licenses, you must ensure that the "Licenses" button is visible on your MobyMax account. If you are unable to see the button, it may be because your MobyMax administrator has not enabled the option for you to self-allocate student licenses. You can request your administrator to enable this feature so that you can easily assign licenses to your students.
