School administrators can quickly update student profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. This feature allows administrators to edit student details, such as name, username, password, and Student ID, directly from the Students Roster section.

How to Edit Student Profile Information
- Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
- Click "Students Roster" in the left navigation menu.
- If needed, first click the arrow next to "Moby for Teachers" at the top of the page and select "School Admins."
- Click on the name of the student you want to update (student names will be highlighted in blue).
- Edit the available fields, including:
- Name
- Username
- Password
- Student ID
- Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Important Note for Clever and ClassLink Users
If students are rostered through Clever or ClassLink, updates to:
- Student names
- Student IDs
- Usernames
Must be made directly within the Clever or ClassLink platform. Changes in MobyMax will not override Clever/ClassLink data.
