MobyMax provides district administrators with a centralized way to update student profiles across multiple schools. This feature allows administrators to modify student details, including names, usernames, passwords, and Student IDs, directly from the district administrator dashboard.

How to Edit Student Profile Information

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Click "Students Roster" in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click on the name of the student you want to update (student names will be highlighted in blue).
  4. Edit the available fields, including:
    • Name
    • Username
    • Password
    • Student ID
  5. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Important Note for Clever and ClassLink Users

✔ If students are rostered via Clever or ClassLink, their profile information cannot be updated within MobyMax.
✔ Changes to student names, Student IDs, and usernames must be made directly within the Clever or ClassLink platform and will sync over to MobyMax.
