MobyMax provides district administrators with a quick and easy way to update student profile information. This includes the ability to modify student names, usernames, passwords, and Student IDs directly from the district administrator dashboard. With this feature, you can easily manage student information for multiple schools within your district from one centralized location.

To edit student profile information as a district administrator:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account. 
  2. Select the "Students Roster" link in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click on the name of a student in blue that you want to update.
  4. Edit the available fields for name, username, password, or Student ID.
  5. Click the “Save” button.

Note: Students who are rostered via Clever or ClassLink cannot have their profile information updated via this menu. This change must be made within the Clever or ClassLink platform and synced over to MobyMax.
