School administrators can quickly update student profiles to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. This feature allows administrators to edit student details, such as name, username, password, and Student ID, directly from the Students Roster section.

  • Easily manage student information for all registered students.
  • Ensure student records remain accurate throughout the school year.
  • Make instant updates to login credentials and profile details.

How to Edit Student Profile Information

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
  2. Click Students Roster in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click on the name of the student you want to update.
  4. Edit the available fields, including:
    • Name
    • Username
    • Password
    • Student ID
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

Important Note for Clever and ClassLink Users

If students are rostered through Clever or ClassLink, updates to:

  • Student names
  • Student IDs
  • Usernames

Must be made directly within the Clever or ClassLink platform. Changes in MobyMax will not override Clever/ClassLink data.
