As a parent or guardian, you can reset your child’s progress in any subject module at any time. This action clears all previous data in the selected subject, allowing your child to start fresh.
Restarting a module can be especially helpful if:
Your child needs additional practice in a subject.
You want to reset their placement and begin again.
They’ve completed the module and are ready for a new learning path.
Steps to Restart a Student in a Module
Sign in to your MobyMax Families account.
Click the Tools tab at the top of the page.
Select the Settings button.
Open the Individual Student Settings tab.
Click your child’s name in blue.
Select the Modules tab.
Choose the subject from the left panel.
Click Restart in the "Restart the Student" box.
Confirm by clicking Restart again.
Important Note
Resetting a module erases all existing progress in that subject. Be sure you want to start over before confirming the action.

Sign in to your MobyMax Families account.
Select the Settings link from the left sidebar under the "Teacher Admin" header.
Click Individual Student Settings.
Select your child’s name in blue.
Click the Modules tab.
Choose the subject from the left menu.
Click Restart in the "Restart the Student" box.
Confirm by selecting Restart once more.
