1. After signing into your teacher account, click the subject category link in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the subject area button (i.e. “Math, “Language”).
  3. Click the “Lessons” tab.
  4. Click the “Exclude” tab.
  5. Click the grade level using the drop-down menu at the top.
  6. Select the grey triangle if you wish to see all of the skills within a lesson.
  7. Check the box next to each lesson or skill that you would like to exclude from your entire class.


Please note: Use of this feature may impact a student's ability to achieve 100% proficiency in standards and grade levels.


  1. After signing into your teacher account, click the “Curriculum” tab near the top of the screen.
  2. Click the subject area button (i.e. “Math, “Language”).
  3. Click the “Assign” tab.
  4. Select the “Manage Auto-Assign” link in the left sidebar.
  5. Click the “Exclude Specific Skills From Auto-Assign” button.
  6. Select the grade level, lessons, and skills to exclude from the drop-down menu that you would like to exclude from your entire class.
