MobyMax’s shared class feature allows teachers to collaborate by sharing specific classes with other teachers. This is especially useful when multiple educators work with the same students.
When creating a shared class:
You can automatically include all students from your MobyMax roster
Or manually select which students to include
Once the class is created, those students can then be shared with other teachers
This feature ensures smooth collaboration without duplicate student accounts.
Groups vs. Shared Classes
Unlike shared classes, groups in MobyMax cannot be shared with other teachers. Groups are specific to the teacher who created them and are useful for:
Assigning targeted skills to smaller student subsets
Filtering reports to track performance by group
For example, a teacher might create a class like “Period 3 Math” and then build smaller groups within that class based on skill level or learning goals.
Both features—shared classes and individual groups—allow teachers to organize and support students effectively within MobyMax.
