That's why we offer an easy way for parents and guardians to quickly update student information within their MobyMax Families account. With just a few clicks, you can ensure that your child's account is up-to-date and accurate. Updating your child's information in MobyMax is easy and you can modify the first name, password, and grade level of children in just seconds.

To view or update the information for your child:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax Families account.
  2. Click on the “Tools” tab at the top of the page.
  3. Select the "Moby Subscription" button under “Manage.”
  4. Edit the first name, password, or grade level of the student in the "Children Registered" section.
  5. You will see a black banner at the bottom that says "Your child was updated." when it saves automatically.


Need to adjust the Family Name on your account? Moby allows you to quickly change the last name on your MobyMax Families account which also updates the last name for your registered children.
