Parents and guardians may have noticed that after registering their child through a MobyMax Families account, their last name is automatically set to match your own. But what happens if that last name doesn't match that of your child? The good news is that updating your child's last name in MobyMax Families is a breeze!

Simply update the last name in your MobyMax Families account settings and the next time that the child signs in to their account, it will display the updated last name that you have set. At MobyMax, we understand the importance of making it easy for parents and guardians to manage their children's education.

To edit your child's last name in a MobyMax Families account:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax Families account.
  2. Select the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click the “Settings” button.
  4. Select the “Individual Student Settings” tab at the top of the page.
  5. Click the student’s name in blue that you want to adjust.
  6. Edit the information you wish to update.
  7. Click the “Save and Close” button.
