MobyMax provides administrators with the ability to access data and reports directly from teacher accounts, enabling them to monitor student progress and teacher performance at the classroom level. Whether administrators need to track progress towards specific learning goals, identify areas for improvement, or evaluate the effectiveness of instructional strategies, MobyMax's teacher-level reporting features provide the data they need to make informed decisions.
School administrators can view data on teachers who are registered at their school, while district administrators have access to data from any teacher registered in their district.
School administrators are able to access teacher accounts by:
- Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
- Select the "Teachers" link under the "Admin Tools" header.
- Note: You may first need to select the arrow to the right of the "MobyMax Central for Teachers" link at the top of the page and choose the "School Admins" option.
- Click on the name of the teacher and you will be signed in to the teacher's account.
District administrators are able to access teacher accounts by:
- Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
- Select the "Teachers" button.
- Click on the name of the teacher and you will be signed in to the teacher's account.
You will now be signed in as the teacher and can review any settings, progress data, or reports. To return to your admin account, simply click on the "Click here to exit" link at the top of the page.

- Click the "School Admin" link on the left sidebar under "Quick Access."
- Select the "Teachers" button.
- Click on the name of the teacher and you will be signed in to the teacher's account.
District administrators are able to access teacher accounts by:
- Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
- Select the "Teachers Roster" link in the left navigation menu.
- Click on the arrow in the "Go To" column for a teacher to access their MobyMax account.
You will now be signed in as the teacher and can review any settings, progress data, or reports. To return to your admin account, simply click on the "Click here to exit" link at the top of the page.
