MobyMax's Charts and Graphs module is a powerful tool that tracks key metrics and automatically creates easy-to-use charts and graphs to visualize student progress. School administrators can access the Charts and Graphs module on their dashboard and view student progress data for individual teacher classrooms or for their entire school. With this information, administrators can make data-driven decisions to improve student learning outcomes.

To access and use Charts and Graphs:

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax school administrator account.
  2. Click the "Charts and Graphs" link below "Admin Reports."
    • Note: You may first need to select the "MobyMax Central for Teachers" link at the top of the page and select the "School Admins" option.
  3. Select the "School", "Classroom" or "Student" tab.
  4. Click the subject links at the top to filter data by subject area, or view data for all Modules
  5. Select the links along the left-hand side to view data sorted by Usage, Active, Skills, and Progress.
  6. Use the drop-down menus on certain Charts and Graphs to view data by grade level or for a specific time frame.
  7. Click the Printer icon in the upper right-hand corner to print any charts or graphs shown.
