Before you can receive your well-earned Class Rewards payout, you'll need to enter your W-9 and banking information in your MobyMax teacher account. This enables direct deposit of any funds you earn from sponsored Class Rewards. Once your setup is complete, you can transfer money directly to your account in just a few clicks.


Step 1: Enter Your W-9 Information

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.

  2. Click the “Tools” tab at the top of the page.

  3. Select the “Class Rewards” button.

  4. Click the “Your W-9” tab at the top of the page.

  5. Enter your tax information in all required fields.

  6. Click “Save W-9 Information.”


Step 2: Set Up Your Bank Account for Reward Payments

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.

  2. Click the “Tools” tab at the top of the page.

  3. Select the “Class Rewards” button.

  4. Click the “Your Bank” tab.

  5. Enter the following details:

    • Account Holder Name

    • Account Type (Checking or Savings)

    • Routing Number

    • Account Number

    • Signature (Type your full name for authorization)

  6. Click “Authorize Bank Account.”


Step 3: Receive Your Class Rewards Payout

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.

  2. Click the “Tools” tab at the top of the page.

  3. Select the “Class Rewards” button.

  4. Check the box next to any reward with a value in the “Current Earned” column.

  5. Click “Payout Now.”

  6. Click “OK” to confirm.

Payouts will be processed and sent at the end of the day.
