When you visit a webpage, your browser saves a temporary copy on your computer in a location called the cache. This helps load pages faster on subsequent visits. However, an outdated cached copy can sometimes lead to issues on certain websites and can be a root cause of students seeing repeating skills in MobyMax.

To avoid these conflicts and ensure you’re seeing the latest version of MobyMax, it’s important to regularly clear your browser's cache.

For Google Chrome Users:

If students are encountering repeated questions, certain settings or extensions in the Chrome browser may be causing this issue. Since Chrome settings are linked to the student's profile, this could explain why the problem persists across different devices.

Here’s how to reset Chrome settings:

  1. Click the Chrome menu (three vertical dots in the upper right corner).
  2. Select "Settings."
  3. Choose "Reset settings" from the left menu.
  4. Click "Restore settings to their original defaults," then select "Reset settings."
  5. Restart the device.

Note: Students should log out of MobyMax after completing a lesson instead of just closing the window or shutting down the device.
