MobyMax makes it easy for administrators to update teacher account details to ensure uninterrupted access. This is especially useful when:

  • A teacher changes their school email address.
  • A name correction or update is required.


You can also reset passwords if needed—or teachers can do it themselves through the login page.


What Are the Password Requirements?


To maintain account security, passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 10 characters long

  • Include one uppercase letter (A–Z)

  • Include one special character (!@#$%^&*)

  • Include letters and numbers (alphanumeric)

  • Must not match a previously used password


Updating a Teacher’s Name or Email

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax administrator account.

  2. In the left sidebar, select "Teachers Roster" under the Administration header.

  3. Click on the teacher’s name whose information you need to update.

  4. Edit the name or email address as needed.

  5. Click "Save" to apply the changes.


Notes

  • Teachers can reset their own passwords at any time using the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen.

  • Clever or ClassLink users: Name or email changes must be made directly in your rostering platform. Updates in MobyMax will be overridden by your next sync.
