How to Adjust Read-Aloud Settings for Your Students
- Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
- Select the "Tools" tab at the top of the page.
- Select the "Settings" button.
- Click on "Manage Sound Settings for All Modules" under "Sound Settings".
- Choose the appropriate Read-Aloud setting:
- All Modules – Enables read-aloud for all available subjects.
- Some Modules – A link will appear allowing you to select specific modules.
- Under "Voice", choose whether students can select their preferred voice.
- Toggle the word-by-word highlighting option if desired.
- Click "Save and Exit" to apply changes.
How Students Can Customize Read-Aloud Settings
- Sign in to a MobyMax student account.
- Click the books icon at the top of the page.
- Select a subject (e.g., Mathematics, Language) and begin working on a skill.
- Click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner and select "Sound".
- Adjust the voice speed, voice type, and enable word highlighting if desired.
- Click "Save" to apply preferences.
Important Notes
The Read-Aloud feature is not yet available in all subject modules. If a subject does not support it, the option will not be accessible.
