District administrators have convenient access to usage data for their entire school district in MobyMax. These dashboards can be located at the bottom of the page after signing in to your account. In addition, district administrators have the ability to manage multiple schools within their district and can easily switch between each school's dashboards to view usage data and track progress.

How do I view which schools in my district are using MobyMax?

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Locate the "Dashboards" header
  3. The "School Summary" section will display usage information for each school in your district.
  4. To view a detailed breakdown for a specific school, select the "All Schools" drop-down menu and select a school in your district from the list.


This summary will display how many active students are at each school, how many students are active with each teacher, the number of standards passed, and how many subject modules students worked on.

How do I view subject-specific usage data for my district?

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Locate the "Dashboards" header.
  3. Click on the subject area button (Math, Language, etc.) to view usage by subject module.
  4. To view a detailed breakdown for a specific school, select the "All Schools" drop-down menu and select a school in your district from the list.


Your Dashboards should now be updated to display only information related to the subject you have selected.
