District administrators have convenient access to usage data for their entire school district in MobyMax. These dashboards are conveniently located at the top of the navigation menu on the left after signing in. In addition, district administrators have the ability to manage multiple schools within their district and can easily switch between each school's dashboards to view usage data and track progress.

How do I view which schools in my district are using MobyMax?

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. The "District Dashboard" link should be automatically selected.
  3. Select the "All Schools" drop-down menu at the top of the page and select a school in your district from the list to see usage details.


How do I view subject-specific usage data for my district?

  1. Sign in to your MobyMax district administrator account.
  2. Click on the "Module Dashboards" link on the left navigation menu.
  3. Select the name of the subject module you want to view usage data on by clicking the name of the subject.


The subject module usage details will provide you with a breakdown of usage for all schools within your district.
