Worksheets are a valuable tool for reinforcing skills and assessing student learning, especially when digital access is limited. MobyMax offers printable worksheets for many core subjects, providing a flexible, paper-based way to deliver targeted practice.
Please note that not all modules include worksheets. For example, Phonics and Spelling Rules and Foundational Reading do not have worksheets because they rely heavily on audio elements that cannot be replicated in print. Additionally, some modules, such as Science and Social Studies, may feature different questions than those seen online due to the removal of interactive manipulatives in worksheet format.
Despite these differences, MobyMax worksheets remain a powerful resource for classroom reinforcement, take-home practice, or use in limited-technology settings.

How to Print Worksheets in MobyMax
Worksheets are a popular tool among teachers as they offer a quick and efficient way to assess student learning. We provide worksheets for many of our subjects, but you'll notice some modules such as Phonics and Spelling Rules and Foundational Reading do not have worksheets available. This is because many questions in these subjects require sound, which is difficult to replicate in the printed format.
It's important to note that worksheets only include multiple choice manipulatives, which means that lesson topics with a significant number of manipulative questions, such as those found in Science and Social Studies, may not have the same sequence of questions as when students work through skills in MobyMax. Nonetheless, our worksheets still offer a valuable resource for teachers to supplement their classroom instruction and assess their student's understanding of the material.
To print worksheets from within a subject:
- Sign in to your MobyMax teacher account.
- On the left sidebar under the "Subjects" header, select the subject area link.
- Click on a subject button under the "Printable Worksheets" header.
- Select a grade level link to view the available skills in that grade level.
- You can use the subject tabs at the top of the page at any time to switch to another subject.
- Check the box next to the skill(s) that you want to generate worksheets on.
- Click on the "Print Worksheets" button at the top of the page.
- Use the drop-down menu to select the maximum number of problems for each skill, if you want to remove a skill from being printed, and if you want to opt out of the answer key being printed.
- Choose either "Print" to print the worksheets immediately, or "Create PDF" to save them for later use.
While it's not currently possible to add scores from a worksheet into MobyMax, the worksheets available in MobyMax are still an excellent resource for teachers and students. They can provide additional practice to reinforce skills taught in the classroom or can be used when students are unable to access MobyMax.
Fortunately, teachers using Classic Moby also have access to a variety of customization options, including the ability to create and assign custom skills with Interactive Lessons. This allows teachers to tailor their instruction to meet the needs of their students and supplement their lessons with additional resources.
