Web browsers store cached versions of webpages to help them load faster. However, outdated cache files can sometimes interfere with how questions and answers are displayed in MobyMax. In these cases, students usually still receive credit for the correct answer, but they’re shown the incorrect feedback message.


How to Fix the Issue

1. Clear the Browser Cache

  • We recommend clearing the cache regularly to avoid this error.

2. Supervise Student Answers

  • If the issue persists after clearing the cache, observe the student answering a few questions to confirm their input.


3. Submit a Help Ticket

  • If you're confident the student selected the correct answer but was marked wrong, submit a support request.

  • Include the student’s name and, if possible, the specific question or module where the issue occurred.
