If your students see the "Sorry, wrong answer" screen even though they selected the correct answer, it is likely due to an issue with their browser cache. Browsers save copies of visited pages in a temporary location called the cache, which helps to load pages faster on subsequent visits. If this is the case, students are probably receiving credit for their correct answers but seeing the error message in error. To prevent this from happening, we recommend clearing the browser cache regularly.

If you clear the cache and the issue persists, we suggest supervising a student as they answer a couple of questions. If you are certain that the student submitted the correct answer and is still marked incorrectly, please submit a Help Ticket and include the student's name in your ticket.
